DONNA'S FAVORITE VERSION OF COWGIRL UP!!

“It’s time”, she said “to cowgirl up”,
Then waltzed right through the door.
The challenge called, her boots hit hard,
When she stepped onto the floor.

Dressed to dance, she was dressed to win,
In her boots and skin tight jeans.
She tossed her hair and flashed her smile,
Like a cowboy beauty queen.

She took the floor like a star on stage,
All eyes were drawn her way.
The greatest speaker ever heard,
Never had that much to say.

Like she did when she moved her hips just right,
Like she did when she held a cowboy tight.
So Cowgirl up; take the floor,
Beneath the neon light!

She stomped her boots and ground her heels,
Then twisted to the right.
She strutted out across the boards,
And knew she'd win this fight!

The band played loud, it rocked her soul,
As she slid and kicked and spun.
The room went wild with screams and shouts,
She knew that she had won!

When the music stopped, she took a bow,
Then turned and walked away.
(Yeah) The greatest speaker ever heard
Never had THAT much to say

Like she did when she moved her hips just right.
Like she did when she held a cowboy tight
So Cowgirl up, take the floor
And win that dance tonight!
